This Sunday 26Aug: The Wellington Wailers will, once again be competing in the Dragon Boat Race on the River Adur in Shoreham-by-Sea! There will be Pirates!! We will be setting sail on The River Adur from near the A259 Road bridge over the Adur. We will try and 'scupper' our competitors who we can’t outrace!  This is a great family event and a colourful spectacle.  Come along and cheer on the boats!  All for a good cause!  If you see us, and we are still floating, come and say Arrrrr!
Timings:  Set sail around 1030.  It will go on to mid-afternoon!  Subject to tides, and how many of us are still afloat!
